At KOBE we strive to ensure a safe dining experience for all our guests. If you have an allergy to a specific food or food group please inform your server and chef prior to your meal service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but with communal dining there is still a possibility that your food may come into contact with an allergen. Each guest must make their own decision regarding the severity of their allergy and the acceptable level of risk.
Most Common Allergies
* Shellfish/Seafood – KOBE prepares and serves shrimp and/or seafood on every table.
* Wheat Gluten/Soy – KOBE uses soy sauce in all our dressings and sauces. Persons with wheat or gluten allergies should not consume soy sauce.
* Dairy/Egg – KOBE mustard sauce contains dairy products. KOBE fried rice contains egg.
